Making rear recovery point

im gonna use d rings on the towbar when i find some strong enough. be ideal for a mount to use tow bar with i think  :-k

They plates have rusted thru and the bolts for the old towbar are rusted in solid, heads came of
and had to cut the nut & washers off to get towbar off which was rotten thru  :(

only accesable area for attachment is the upper mounting points for towbar

It is possible to get the old bolts out and get it rewelded, a decent drill and drill bit is all that is needed, had to do it on both my Discoverys and several Range Rovers.
