i have a simular problem i have changed just about everything i could think of it got better but didnt go away then i notices it only happened in 4th gear :shocked:

Range Rover Blues:
MIne does it in %th only, but I think it's an engine misfire.  The power/torque changes with different gears which makes itharder to elliminate.

Another thing to try is to swap out the prop shaft, my dad's old van used to do it and that was down to propshaft and UJ wear.
