I've got a shed full of junk a welder half a bottle of red , it's dark and i'm wearing welding glasses...

diy builds include :-
danbar thingies with damper relocation (tube in shed)
sliders (square tube in shed)
Rear bumper bling (see other thread , bumper bling )
roof rack (see other thread , and my next project is...)
tubular turets (tubes bent just waiting for rings )
and lots more , It's just a matter of waiting for the scrap / junk / freebies to come along because my wallet tells me that waiting is cheaper than buying.. ;)
and the old bike customiser tells me that if I can make it myself I will be happier with the result :D

There is something very satisfying about making your own kit.
Lee, do you really need rings for the base of the turrets?
The bases of mine are just 2 bits of flat and they are not the only ones I've seen made that way. The origionals are round, but then the whole design and construction of them is rather different.
