if its just using gallonsof oil then chances are the seals have gone so its actually quite straight forward to repiar.

Get in contact with mellets turbos, they do a diy servcie kit for about 52 squid. Theres nowt to be afraid of in replacin gthe bearings and seals.

good question ? no not using to much oil not loosing power no black smoke just the sound of ten budgies havin a fight as i go through gears  lol  do they have a web site or do u have a link pls cheers sub
