adjusting revs 300TDI, how?

Does anyone know how to adjust the revs on a 300TDi?

Been playing with the injector pump, have done the tweaks as shown on this site but now the revs have increased to around 1100rpm.

Any ideas and pickies would be good if possible

 :lol: i adjust the revs on in4 by pressing the pedal on the far right down a bit harder  :dance:
