I'm not sure about making roofracks , It was a one off for myself really and I think if I were to make them they would cost a fortune because I'd have to have the electric heater full all the time IT'S BLOOMING FREEZING in my garage  :(

here are a few more pics taken in the light , I think it looks even better  :D stands out well against the silver.

as for the rivets I would rather loose the rack than rip the roof off  :lol: :lol: :lol: though I am going to pull test a 5mm rivet through 7075 5mm thick into steel tube at work tomorrow  :D we have several pull testers that will pull up to 10 tonnes  :dance: I will post results just out of interest myself....
