back pressure

mentalmoshio sophs V8i:
been running standard v8 middle box for a while now but ive got a straight pipe replacement . im running 4 large cherrybombs tail pipes at the back.

im kinda lost on the back pressure issue  :-k

planning to fit new system in the next few weeks

i know what back pressure is but what do you need to know about it

basically ideal pressure for normal running with none standard exhuast ben  save overheating and poor mpg
