Did a bit of googleing and found a write up from a paper saying he was trying to brake through the wall to save a puppy (every one say ahh)  his friend was filming it to show the police what a hero he was if they came along and it was a passing old lady who got him rescued ...

Having watched that a few more times (well, hovering over the bar at the bottom and watching the moment the block gives over and over) I've noticed that whilst he has a white trainer on his left foot...does it not look like he has a black shoe on his right??

Perhaps he found a pair of studded 'ammo' boots** and was showing off how he could kick stuff and not hurt his feet??



** that would certainly explain the banging as he kicks the wall, theres no way a trainer would make that much noise on a concrete block...

It's a pity he wasn't using his head, then it would have been very funny and another vandalising little scrote out of the equation. Had my garage vandalised like that and it cost a fortune to replace obselite panels.  Rant over.
