Estate agents getting desparate?

Just had a call from the estate agent who we bought our house through 4 years ago! They wondered if we were thinking of moving..... or needed a valuation...... or maybe our mortgage was due for a change........

Are they getting desparate, or what?!!!

With all the estate agents closing I recon its a very good time to buy a pre owned mini or smart car

 Thye are definately up for a deal,  A bloke Who works with wiefy just signed up for a new build property, its the last one on the plot and the developers want it sold,  was asking 295k but after a lot of calls and a pulled out buyer, he has signed for £182k  :shock:  Nice to see a deal for a change  :lol:
