Anyone know anything about ovens . . . ?

The element on our oven goes about every 18 months, must be her cooking that does it, on this one you take out about 8 self tapping screws to remove the back plate, then two more for the element and then two spade connectors, that's it put it all back and get a nice hot dinner.

Parts are about £10-12 on ebay.

Did as you suggested Gav and it was the element.  New one arrived yesterday courtesy of eBlag and works a treat.  Note made in back of mind for next time  :dance:
