Light weight springs

The back springs on my Light weight are getting a bit tired so im looking to replace them and as the original 7 leaf springs dont seem to be made anymore i was wondering if anyone has fitted standard short wheel base springs and if so were they o.k or to  stiff and hard .The other option im considering  is Rocky mountain 2 leaf parabolics  but i would like to keep her on standard leaf springs if i can.     Tony.
