Who told you that?
Your prop is rumbling as a result of your lift. It's increased the angle between the prop ends on axle and transfer box. If you've fitted castor corrector bushes or radius arms this will have made the problem worse.
You'll need a Double Cardan prop to remove the vibrations. Make sure it's a greaseable one not a Disco II one as it will cost you more in the long term. I'd also get it made with HD wide angle UJ's too.
