the tc and abs light keeps comin on and now another light !!!!

while driving my discovery td 5 es yesterday the tc light and abs light came on after about 20mins it went back off when i got home i noticed that there was a fluid leak on alloy near side rear wheel drove it again today and both lights came back on again i have checked the brake fluid and there seems no drop in level any ideas as to what is the problem and how could i solve it ?
