What is an Evil Duck? :D

I've seen a number of you with this evil duck icon at the bottom of your sig & I've no idea what it is :oops:  

I've done a search on here and it brings back every post (where someone with the icon has posted to the thread)  :(

So can someone please clarify what the heck Evil Duck is  :D ?
