Anyone had dealings with them for parts?

It's just that I placed an order last Thursday, and apart from the automated e-mails I've had no contact since. I rang them this morning and was told the relevant person would ring back. Haven't had a call.

I don't really want to start a public discussion, particularly if the comments are negative. But any comments by PM would be appreciated.
