200 Tdi Transplant into a 2.9 Auto

Does anyone know of any good sites on the web that show how to transplant a 200 Tdi engine and gearbox into a 3.9 Auto Rangie.

Also, can I keep the Borg Warner transfer box?

Both are 1991 "J" reg models.
