2.5 diesel N/A Timing Belt snapped! bent push rods - Help Needed - Please

Hi
I have 8 nice 's' shaped push rods.... as a result of a snapped timeing belt, one not passed it 's replacement date either, it just failed...
Anyway what I would like a bit of help on is the re timing procedure for getting it right first time on rebuild. does anyone have any good tips for a top end rebuild by a first timer?

No A Rave CD is a full LR workshop manual as used by LR some sites such as this won't allow the link to be posted because it's copyright material LandyZone isn't bothered so there's a link on there that will allow you to download the manuals.
