Update on race for life

Hi all

it is only 2 weeks today before i do my race for life, i am doing well with raising money but would still like to raise much more, so if you would like to sponsor me my fundraising page is www.raceforlifesponsorme.org/gillianstowell   
my training is also going very well and i am walking 3 miles in 30 minutes so far, so am well on my target of finishing the race beating my previous times. with a mixture of walking and running i should be able to finish the 5 km's within 35 mins. will keep you posted once i have completed the race with my final time and how much i managed to raise.

all your support is much appreciated as this is something which is very close to my heart
