I prefer Bach and Puccini though I suspect I came in at a divergence from the original topic :P
Anyway, I wanted to say Calvin & Hobbes had such a seminal effect on me, that my oldest cat is called Hobbes.

Mind you, she is a British Blue Shorthair not a tabby... Made up for that with cat number 3 though who is a British Shorthair Silver Tabby and _very- regal (aka snooty!) :wink:

Is it my overburdened, fevered imagination, but did there used to be a cartoon series in the early-mid 1970s' called 'Motor-Mouse & Auto-Cat'
