biggest tyres i can fit on a standard 90 300tdi

looking to be replacing my tyres soon.
maybe looking at anacondas or insa turbo special traks, and was wondering what are the biggest tyres i can get without a lift or damaging the truck.

probably something like 265 75 16, but in my opinion they look too big without a lift.

ideal, i have a feeling those are what are on my mates 90, and they look the don.

Ive got 255 85 16's on mine with a 2" OME lift - I think it looks the dogs now.
