you can get oil pressure tester but that will mean running engine, fits in where oil light switch fits

i hate to be the bringer of bad news, but you could also have a totally knackered engine

The oil light on my range rover classic came on and went off when you revved it/drove. It's gone off now, I think it was the sensor of the oil filter that had come loose and was sitting on a load of mud  :D,  Ben
