House mate urgently needed!

I am looking for a housemate who will make the cottage a home and not live just in their room! I like having friends round for dinner or the odd bottle of wine & chat every now and then, but I also enjoy a quite day-to-day life!  I have two cats, one old and aloof and a very cute, friendly 6-month-old kitten. It is a mid terrace period cottage situated in a rural location about 10 mins from Stratford upon Avon. Briefly comprising of: Large living room with inglenook fireplace and log burner, newly fitted kitchen, larder, glass porch, rear sitting room, sunny private double room, bathroom with second toilet, garage, gardens and off road parking. £365 pcm and half share of the bills. If you are a non-smoker looking for a place called home after a days’ work and are reasonably clean and tidy, please pm EbonynIvory.

No, seriously, if anyone does know someone who needs a place to live and can cope with two cats and a bit of a nutter  :D  (!) while being a non-smoker (its part of the tenancy agreement), show them the ad. I would be very greatfull.
