The Stupid Thing What I Did Today

Today I managed to fit a new steering idler arm, steering damper, rear shock absorber and a panhard rod drop down bracket to the Surf without drawing a single drop of blood.
Later on- when I was slicing up chillies for the curry I did the stupidest thing and put a chilli laden finger into my eye! It's still stinging now six hours later- but at least my body is still intact.

My mate Jim managed something worse than that. He was welding a vehicle when a bit of weld bead dropped onto his crotch, and promptly burned through the overalls he was wearing.
This is why you should wear leather aprons, folks!

Thankfully I haven't done it myself, but I've seen what a 9" angle-grinder to a person shins :shock: :shock:
Chainsaws also leave nasty marks as well. Don't go near one with out the proper 'multi nylon layer' clothing
