I beg to differ. I know a 110Tdi isn't exactly the fastest thing around, but they can be hustled around at more than sufficient speeds :)

My Bronco M/T's were on it for almost 15,000miles before I sold it.
It was used for everything from places like Tong, green-laning in the Peaks, commuting, high-speed motorway runs to various locations.
It even excelled on Welsh mountain roads around the Sweet Lamb area at indicated speeds of 80mph on the flatter sections.

Only thing they didn't like was sand, as I found out the hard way, on Pendine Sands.
30 to zero mph in 10 yards

--- Quote from: "pritch" ---The MTs are great off-road.

If the vehicle is used for day to day transport though, they're definately not a good choice as your everyday tyres.

Not completely true, I now have fitted a set of Good Year MTR's on and as you know don't do all that much off-roading but have to say they have been fine for everyday driving, motorway and in the wet, excellent tyre choice IMHO.
