Can you, Tina, provide a definative answer?

The synopsis of the question was;
When a woman/man becomes a Doctor, she/he receives Dr. before her/his name
She/he studies & raises through the ranks and becomes a Consultant and is entitled Miss/Mrs/Mr.

A male Consultant becomes a Surgeon and reverts to Mr.

What title does a lady attain?

I posted that we have a lady ENT Consultant who is also a surgeon, she is addressed as Mrs...

Can you give me any ideas, Tina?
