noise from gearbox?

Hi i am having problems with a wining noise from third  four and fifth gear i have had a new gearbox fitted and all check over. Plus clutch and thrust bearing prop shaft bearing are OK the only thine i think it my be is the transfer box ?
but not shore.

when it does the noise very gently put a little resistance on the transfer lever and see what or iff it makes a difference, try it in low ratio as well see iff it does it then. you maybee looking at transfer box....alan..
