After the balls up that was t-mobil and my account, they backed down and converted my contract to Pay as you go.

They wavered all the fees and released me from the contract 3 months early....

Thank god, but isn't it sad you have to throw a wobbly before the will do anything even thoe they have admitted they were at fault.
