i wouldnt use that engine knowing it has been thrashed to over 110MPH

Surely it wants tweeking to give the maximum torque at minimum RPM rather than high HP at high revs? Once again you do seem to confuse an offroader with a chav-tastic or track machine.
Have you bothered to plumb in your snorkel yet?
What else have you done to waterproof the engine, or have you discovered the mysterious 8 fingered glove?
