200tdi HEAD PROBLEM

Ive removed the head and stripped it but three of the glow plugs when removed have left the tips in the head, so how can i remove them?

do you mean the tip at the bottom? as in the opposite end to the thread where the nut goes on...

Yes i removed the plugs  but 3 of the tips stayed in the head. Ive tried gently tapping them but they have'nt moved.

get a pair of thin pliers on them if you can...

Cool, whenever possible it's best to make use of the fact that Aluminium expands twice as fast as steel when heated ;)
