INSURANCE

BeJay:

Hi guys,
.........it's that time of year again, just had my insurance renewal documents come through, apparently Firebond who I was with have been taken over by Footman James, (who sent me the renewal quote) whether this has anything to do with why it's gone up just over £60   from last year I don't know, I've rang round and got a few quotes from elsewhere and the best one I came up with for similar cover on the Disco was from Adrian Flux which is £30 cheaper than I paid last year  :D :D.
..........what I need to know before I switch is, does anyone have any experience of dealing with Adrian Flux if or when a claim needs to be made, either good, bad, or indifferent, it's no good saving myself money on the premium if it's all gonna go t**ts up if I need to make a claim sometime, or alternatively anyone got any reccomendations for reasonably priced full comp insurance on a heavily modded Disco.

.....................all comments appreciated, (renewal date is 8/04/08), thanks in advance, cheers, Jack.

I had the RRC LSE I used to have insured with them, when this happened:

....because of thie person

Everything seemed to go through OK on the claim, and I still have two out of three 4x4s insured with them.

(PS: if you do ring them, use their 0800 number instead of the 0870 number).

I use NFU best quote I could get and am more than pleased with the service from my local branch so far. http://www.nfumutual.co.uk/local-offices/index.htm

NFU, not the cheapest, not the dearest, but allways pay out for the value of the vehicle, and contents and declared modifications.

TDi90:
