I get about 200 miles on lpg as well with a 100 ltr tank.  Dont forget it only fills to 80 ltrs as the extra is for expansion of the gas. Mine is on 235/80/16 tyres as well.

Hi, Ive got 4 lpg tanks on mine 2 x 40 ltr and 2 x 35 ltr, most of the pumps Ive used automatically shut off at 100 ltrs so  I usually fill up till the pumps stops !
Its just since putting on the bigger tyres my mpg has gone down along with top end performance, I now understand about the speedo and trip reading differently im just surprised at how much difference the bigger tyres have made.
It used to fly along on the motorway but now on long hills I find I have to click it back to 3 (its an auto) to keep up a decent progress.
Off road  and around town though its still great, ive not noticed any low down lack of performance and it pops along well.
I just wondered If others had found the same or if I should be looking for another reason.

I've got 4 tanks on my 4.6 as well but i fill it right up (i use a small garage most of the time whose pump stops when you're full rather than at 100lit)...

It takes 130litres when its empty and will do around 200/220 miles on that depending on how its driven...so thats around 7-7.5mpg  (haven't worked it out in a while)...
Thats running on 245/70R16 BFG AT's which are slightly bigger than standard. The speedo still reads over my GPS, around 5-6mph over at mway speeds.

My old 3.5 EFi on gas used to do between 10-15mpg depending on round town or motorway driving, it was most fuel efficient at 70-80mph!

200tdi - 27.2 mpg but with the front prop suffering from another knacked UJ, i tend to drive in higher revs a lot... increased fuel and boost on 235/85`s (remould) wont help either... nor will the excessive amount of clutter that lives in the rer footwell (recovery gear, chainsaw, trolley jack etc..)

Range Rover Blues:
27 is all we get out of Julie's 300TDi.
