BBC to get F1 Rights (Oh no!)

Oh no! I remember that the BBC diddnt used to show all the GP in full, it frequently cut between F1 and other (so called) sports like football snooker and tiddly winks. They diddnt promte it and once they even cut from a fantastic french GP with mansel chasing Prost/Senn or someone to RAIN AT WIMBLEDON.

Ok so now they have more channels on digital etc and they dotn have as much sport to show, but I still dont trust them. I think ITV made a lot out of the F1 coverage and put on a good show. Adverts were there yes, but they were well placed and F1 is not so busy that you cant cut back to an event. Also with Lewis H doign so well ITV are NUTS to let this go, more repeats of hearbeat instead?

Also the loss of sponsorship/advertising opporutnities for manufacturers wont be a good thing...  BOOO!

Shame ITV did a good job and its not really thier fault that tye diddnt have Murr Walker and James Hunt!

Shame really as I like the format on ITV and I also like the people on it , even the brakes are handy ,toilet, fridge etc :lol:
