will be replacing mine in my 300tdi this week, do they need to be torqued down or just tight enough?.i haven't a torque rachet

*should* be torqued down... but i just did mine up tight.

Range Rover Blues:
If you overdo it the plate bends, to protect the injectors.

or the stud snaps off in the head  :oops:
