A decent set of rock sliders and a winch bumper by the looks of it ;)

I suppose these technically isn't a motor vehicle (and they are not all mine either), but last year for one of the modules was to design, build and compete (ultimately resulting in destruction ) a 'Human powered off road vehicle'.

As part of a team of 4, this was what we came up with. Not the most radical of designs maby, though it was tough and effective, particuarly at wheelies :D In fact it was rather a little too good a wheelies

Consideering the rather rushed redesign of some components, its amazing how much abuse it withstood before losing a wheel

Despite winning the competion  it wasn't a one one horse race.

You can't knock the Irish for thier inginuety

Though walking up a mound with 7Kg strapped to each leg is easier said than done.....

and like wise is sliding down on your knees on rough ground

Some designs wern't the most stable in ruts

and some evan more so

Though to the trickcycles favour, it did have a good wading depth, that was untill he gave up half way along, asked for a little assistance and promptly got submerged by the bow wave from the discovery that came to his aid.

Ultimately though many teams did suffer from using bicycle components, there were a lot of chain ans proket failures. Motor bike sprockets and chain procver far more durable.
