she is the producer for property ladder which has sarah beanie on (spelling?) so i guess the appt. is quite swish :)

Buddha:
Liverpool St. station has an exit on Bishopsgate, which if you head north, then changes it's name to Shoreditch High St. Could be walkable, or a bit of a trek. Would be easy to get a cab from there tho'.

As Skibum posted, Old St could well be closer, but it'll mean changes on the tube.
