Advice on Plugs

Hi, please help !!!!

Im not sure of the history of the engine in me disco !
Its a 3.5 injection of that there is no doubt.

Im not sure which plugs I should be running though. Iv tried a few different ones.....

The only number I can find on the engine is ETO8622. I dont know what year the engine is ?

Anyone have any ideas ?
