what oil in pajero

ANDYDOC:
Hi guys , just gota 2.5 mk2 swb pajero , anybody tell me what is the reccommended engine oil ? mineral or synthetic etc  :doh: and what grade auto box oil, and will ep 80/90 do for the diffs ?
