advice needed on some furry fiends.

out in the disco this morning and the engine died at the worst possible moment. managed to coast far enough to get off the busy road, lifted the bonnet to investigate and found something with small sharp teeth has been eating my lead between coil and distributor.  :shock: i am assuming it's mice. any ideas how i can stop them. the cat keeps jumping out when i move.(joking).

mice are a nightmare!, they tottally destroyed one of the missus mondeos, ate the electics, power steering pipes, aircon pipes, ignition, then they ate through a grommet in the floor and started inside, dash, seats everything. had to get her a new one!
they have never bothered with her other car or any of mine as yet, its strange,youd have thought they would come in the landy i shoot in as it  has dead bodies in it, but never!
