Help needed ASAP

I am trying to change the front crank oil seal in my f reg 2.5 petrol 110.  Pulley is off, belts off etc.  Does anyone know how the seal comes out?  Does it have to be done from inside?

I am in work now with my car in bits.  Any quick tips gratefuly recieved!

Well, its timing cover off to do it!  No time now so it looks like im doing the mac4x4 with 5 galon of oil in the back..... :O :grin:
