Transfer box gearing

Hangover:
What's the best way of gearing up the transfer box on 300tdi Defender,thought about an overdrive or Ashcroft modification,is the disco box a straight swap.I'm not trying for fuel economy,just lower rev's.

what tyres are you running ?
33inch tyres are perfect on a 90 using the stock 1.410 transfer case

Range Rover Blues:
You might find someoine with a Disco on big tyres will jump at the chance to swap with you :)

As an alternative the B-W box was about 1.202 IIRC, so a tiny bit lower ratio and a lot quieter ;)
