turbo outlet manifold

Is this the same as a exhaust manifold? If it is will it fit a rover 620i with the honda 16v engine in?

anyone know?

turbo outlet manifold just bolts onto the turbo and then the exhaust bolts on to that, if the turbo's are the same then there is a good chance that will be.
