how to ........ adjust fuel pump and blankin plate help

hi bk m8, cheers 4 the advice and i was a bit warry about doin it, i been told how to do it, i found out were the pipe comes off the turbo its blowing no sucking air, so its fluding the enfine turbbo with oil so goin to reset the tappets and if not that then i think the head have gone, but my m8 got a head over there so im ok
