3.5 miss fire

hi I have got another problem with mossfire but now it is backfiring into ait intake and sparks coming out the tail pipe

Weak mix

Timing

Burned out valves

Range Rover Blues:
Did you skim the heads? because composites, though very good, lower the C:R.  Anyway, weak mix or timing.
