Considering recent trends in education, migration and legislation any time travellers from the future are likely to be too stupid to speak, be speaking something other than english and will probably get run over by vehicles which aren't limited to 5mph and run on good intentions because they're not used to seeing them move...

they've probably been here for years, and are all buried in unmarked graves :D
