--- Quote from: ben_haynes on February 08, 2008, 19:12:05 ---some vehicle have a unit that is like a resistor that when on side lights it puts headlights on 30%

cant remember what vehicle but i know i ripped then out as they was failty causing the lights to be on full all the time

FIAT (Punto, Cinquento) Pugeot (206, 306 I think) Renault and Citroen aswell as they are the same things

My rover has one  ;) but that, I think, would require  2 feeds 1 side lights, 1 high beam,  with a diode to stop them from using both feeds at the same time

90Mike:
And mine  :D most people end up taking them off because they cause so many problems   2 feeds i don't mind and diodes are not a problem i think we could be on to something here guys  :) does anyone have a spare one going  [-o<

ben_haynes:
i might have one on a scrap car (dont know if it works)

might be a couple of cars in the scap yard with one on
