I need some steelwork doing around Telford area tomorrow

Any ideas where I can get it done tomorrow?
Seems PO took the captive nut rail out of the chassis in the jeep and I cant fit a towbar without one   

Just need some 40x4mm flatbar drilling with 4 holes and nuts welding onto it.

Any ideas, kinda urgent
