bulkhead removal bar
blackbeltbob:
chaps
i am thinking of removing my bulkhead and fitting one of the bars you see advertised for this job. Has anyone done it and if so how much further back can you push your seat?
i imagine i will need longer seat runners as well.
is this a good idea or not worth the hassle?
i will also be fitting new bucket seats
Evilgoat:

The simplest way is to raise the seat on Box section steel which allows the seats to go past the raised lip, on the seat box. I think you gain another 3 or 4 inches.
Xtremeteam:
bob,
ill let you have a seat in mine with the bulkhead out,
it should be straight forward to do as on mine i took the complete bulkhead out in about 45 min
