Xboxlive "how do i?"

Setting up xbox live was real simple :D.............. but for the life of me cant find any facility on how to cancel it :shock:.  (have i not been looking in the right place?)
I cancelled payments from my credit card.... but just found out xbox live have set them up again :evil:.
Going into my bank tomorrow to complain.

I think u have to do this on your xbox dashboard ive yet to do mine as ive not played the xbox in 12 months since the dog ate my controllers ooo and the scart lead thing lol hungary dog  [-X
