Hi guys - as anyone fitted one to a Disco 1 200tdi and if so did you have to make any changes to your vehicle, ie:- wing bottoms or grill/light surrounds?. Or is it just me getting cold and looseing the plot working outside, cheers.

You do have to trim your grill at the bottom
Easy though, just cut out small notches where it attatches to the chassis (you'll see, its obvious)
If you have a V8 you might have to relocate your oil cooler upwards about 2"
Again, very simple.
Just drill a couple of new holes and move it up a bit
You can (just) see the small cut outs at the bottom of my grill

I know it sounds crazy, but for the bottoms of the wings I used a B&Q black paint tray (the ones you use a small roller in) cut it in half length ways, a few self tapers (painted black) and Bobs you uncle, almost a perfect fit!

Thanks guys thats what i wanted to hear and yes Jake i did a trial fit and noticed those two cuts,i think it must have been the cold and frequent snow showers today that started me wondering.
