Don't build a Bowler! Beating Bowler's with production motors is just so satisfying!
You never know you might get to beat my old Bowler at some stage, it now lives in Scotland.
Why not save up to do the Scottish Hillrally this year and come and give me and Mr.Bruce a run for our money!!

Ochil Challenge? Go for it, you won't regret it. If the motor is road legal why not go for the full clubmans option - probably not all that more expensive, I'm sure you could share some service crew/kit/spares with some of the others. That's what we usually do!
Abe Hamilton has my Bowler now - (or at least that's who I sold it to!) out west.
